Thank you — Summer Fete raised £1,240!

An enormous thank you to everyone who baked, ran a stall, set up, packed away, or simply came along to our Summer Fete.

Together we raised £1,240 for the building fund. It was a wonderful afternoon and a real picture of our church family at its best. Thank you. 🙏

Volunteers needed: welcome team & coffee rota

Could you help on a Sunday once a month? We're looking for a few more friendly faces for the welcome team (handing out service sheets, saying hello) and the coffee rota (making the all-important brews afterwards).

No experience needed and full training given. Have a word with Sarah or David after the service.

Sunday School & Youth restart this week

After the summer break, Sunday School (ages 4–11) and Youth Group (school years 7–11) are back this week.

New children and young people are always welcome — just come along with your family on Sunday, or to Youth Group on Friday evening.

Building fund update: new roof on track

Thanks to your generous giving and a recent grant, the church roof appeal is now around 70% funded. Work is on track to begin in the spring.

If you'd like to give, gift envelopes are at the back of church, or speak to David about regular giving and Gift Aid.

Found: child's blue raincoat

A small blue raincoat (age 5–6) was left after the family service last Sunday. It's in the church office — do pop in and claim it if it's yours!
