Bullet Boards for community groups

Your group, all on one board

Residents' association, choir, scout group, book club — every group has the same problem: half the members are on the email list, half in the group chat, and nobody saw the notice. One board fixes that.

What you get

It all goes on the board

This is a real board — a local barbershop keeps its customers posted here. Yours works the same way. See it full size

How it works

Up and running before the kettle boils

  1. 1

    Create your board

Give it a name and it's ready. One board for your whole group.

  2. 2

    Post notices & events

Share what's happening and what's coming up. Pin the important bits to the top.

  3. 3

    Invite your members

Send one link. Everyone joins in a tap and sees it all in one place.

Questions

The things people ask first

Is it free?

Yes — the free plan covers notices, events with RSVPs, polls, and email updates for your members, with no member limit. Pro (£15/month) adds your own colours and a public page for your group.

Do members need to install an app?

No. Your board is a website — members join with one link on any phone or computer, and email updates reach the members who won't.

How long does it take to set up?

Minutes. Create the board, post a notice, send members the invite link. There's nothing to configure.

Can people outside the group see it?

Only if you want. Boards are private to members by default; Pro boards can also publish a public page anyone can visit.
