Bullet Boards for PTAs
Fundraising and volunteers, without the chasing
The summer fair needs helpers, the cake sale is on Friday, and the message about both is forty replies up the class group chat. Put it on one board parents can actually find — and email them about new notices and events.
What you get
It all goes on the board
Volunteer call-outs that work
Post the fair or the disco as an event. Parents tap going, maybe or not going, so you can see who's coming. Ask for helpers in the notice, and parents can offer in the comments.
Every date in one place
Cake sales, discos, quiz nights — parents can add them to their own calendar, and you can print a month of what's on for the school noticeboard.
Quick decisions
Disco theme, fair date, what to put the money towards — run a poll with a deadline instead of another meeting.
Parent notices that stick
Pin the uniform sale or the raffle prize list to the top. Parents get an email for new notices and events.

Questions
The things people ask first
Is it free for PTAs?
Yes — the free plan covers notices, events with RSVPs, polls, and email updates, with no limit on how many parents join. Pro adds your own colours and a public page you can embed on the school website.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Your board is a website — parents join with one link and it works on any phone. Email updates reach the parents who aren't in any of the group chats.
What happens when the committee changes?
The board, its notices and its events stay put. Add the new committee as admins and remove the old ones whenever you need to.
Can people outside the PTA see it?
Only if you want. Boards are private to members by default; Pro boards can also publish a public page — handy for sharing the summer fair with the wider community.
